Affiliate Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This is a contract between you (the “Affiliate”) and us (“BadPups”). It describes how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship. It is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible.

The Affiliate Program Agreement applies to your participation in our Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”).  These terms are so important that we cannot have you participate in our Affiliate Program unless you agree to them.

We periodically update these terms. We might also choose to replace these terms in their entirety if, for example, the Affiliate Program changes, ends, or becomes part of an existing program, including our partner programs. If we update or replace the terms we will let you know via electronic means, which may include an email. If you don’t agree to the update or replacement, you can choose to terminate your affiliate account with us.

BadPups Store Affiliate Terms and Conditions in a nutshell (this summary highlights some of the key points, but should not be considered all the terms and conditions, you should read the full page below):

How the BadPups Store Affiliate Program works:

• You sign up to apply for an affiliate account using your BadPups Store account (or one will be made at the time of registration)
• If approved, you are given a dashboard to view your stats, earnings, and manage your affiliate account. You get one or more unique codes and/or URLs for getting others to use to make a purchase. When someone makes a purchase using your valid URL or unique code, you earn a percentage or amount based on that person’s purchase (these figures/details are in your affiliate dashboard page).
• Data for orders, commissions, users, and tracking, and similar is collected by us to facilitate these processes and our affiliate program. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (in a nutshell (again not a full policy summary, the full policy is to be used for all legal means and consideration): used for the affiliate program, processing store orders, and stored securely on our systems and some 3rd party systems where needed. Data is not sold to anyone, and all data is kept private).
• Payouts are as per the information on your affiliate dashboard, which may have minimiums for payout amount, and have limits or conditions or varying options for payout methods (i.e. Bank Transfer, PayPal, Crypto, In Store Credit, and similar). Payment options may change per our business needs or due to industry or similar restrictions.
• Use of the affiliate program and eligibility for payouts is per these terms and other information found in your affiliate dashboard.
• We reserve the right to alter the terms, info, and suspend or terminate users from the affiliate program at any time, with or without reason. We may be prohibited from providing reasons in some circumstances (e.g. banking or other laws or requirements or investigations).

What you can do:

• Promote your unique code(s) and URL(s) on your social media account(s), website(s) (websites with permission), and elsewhere (some places may require permission and should be stated in your application with us) to drive commissions from sales on our store.

What you need to tell us:

• All truthful and accurate personal information we request for the purposes of running the affiliate program and providing payouts in line with KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) laws and regulations. Most info we need stems from payment processing requirements to identify you, or for tax purposes.
• If you are working with any other brands or entities that may be considered a conflict of interest.
• If you are planning to promote our products on your website, or another business website or area

What you can’t do:

• Use your unique codes or URLs for yourself
• Have multiple BadPups Store / affiliate program accounts. A badpups.com account is not considered the same account as it is a separate account on our main video site.
• Try to cheat, hack, game the system (affiliate program)
• Any other means or manipulation, code or otherwise to alter the way the system works in giving, tracking, applying, and managing affiliate earnings and tracking.

How things are handled:

• Issues are handled by us. Please contact us for any issues.
• Data deletion or data requests can be made by contacting us on our store’s contact page, addressing your request to our data protection officer. You can only request a copy or to remove your own data, and proof of you who are is required.
